Terms & Conditions

1. Quotes & orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days and exclude freight and taxes unless stated. An order is accepted when we receive your written proof approval and payment.

2. Proof approval

You are responsible for reviewing the digital proof for spelling, layout, colors and content. We print exactly what you approve. Changes after approval may incur new setup charges and extend the timeline.

3. Artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, images and text you submit, and you agree to indemnify Custom Labeled Water against claims arising from your artwork. We may decline artwork that is unlawful or infringing. Artwork stays on file for reorders.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are per bottle in US dollars and depend on size, finish and quantity. A one-time $50 setup applies per new design. Payment is due before production by credit card, company check or money order. Purchase orders are accepted only from accredited schools and government agencies.

5. Production & delivery

Standard production is approximately 20 business days after proof approval and payment. Rush tiers are subject to availability. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.

6. Quantities

Due to the nature of bottling, shipments may vary by up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity and will be billed accordingly.

7. Returns

Bottled water is a sealed consumable product and cannot be returned. If we make an error in producing your approved order, we will remake or credit the affected portion.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
