Our Process, Start to Finish
What actually happens to your order once you approve the proof. Spoiler: it never leaves our control.
1. Design & proof
Your logo lands with a designer, not a template. They build the full wrap, add the required bottler copy, Pantone-match your colors and send a digital proof of the bottle. Revisions are unlimited and free.
2. Label printing
Approved art is printed in four-color process on water-resistant plastic label stock. Ultra-clear and 3D-line finishes run on their own presses and stocks.
3. Automated labeling
Labels are applied on the bottling line itself, heat-fused for a tight bond that survives ice chests and sweating bottles. The intentional seam gap keeps the label flat for the life of the bottle.
4. Filling & sealing
Spring water passes through micron filtration, UV disinfection and ozonation, then fills each BPA-free bottle, which is capped and tamper-sealed to commercial food-safety standards.
5. Quality checks
Fill level, cap torque, label placement and seal integrity are checked on the line in our FDA-registered, inspection-ready facility.
6. Packing & shipping
Bottles are packed 24 to a shrink-wrapped case. Larger orders are stacked and stretch-wrapped on pallets. Most orders ship from Georgia; some bottle at a partner spring closer to you to save freight and time.
